Only these 3 Collections are eligible for Exchange or Refund. No other Item or Collection is acceptable for Exchange or Refund. Please do not ask for other items.
ELIGIBLE ITEMS MAY BE RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY. THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange. To be eligible for store credit, your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags and everything you received attached. This means unworn, unwashed, and free from any stains and odor. Once we have approved your returned goods, a store credit code will be issued in the form of an e-gift card to the email address attached to the returns order number; within 3-5 business days. Please note your internal credit note expires 2 years from the date of issuance. If your order is a little more than your gift card is worth, an additional form of payment will be required at checkout. Your use of the Gift Card constitutes your agreement to our Terms & Conditions. Items purchased with store credit will now become a Final Sale unless a mistake is made on our end.
This Returns Policy supplements our Terms and Conditions and does not replace them.
Submit a return request to customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include the reason for your return (take out photos for verification).SALE ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE FOR ANY REASON!!!
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
If you are approved, then you will be offered store credit in the form of an e-gift to purchase any other item from our store within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Defective items must be returned within 2 days of receipt. If not we will not Exchange. If you have received the wrong item don't hesitate to contact us within 48 hrs.

Exchange/Return due to Size Issue?
If you meet all requirements for an exchange reach out to customer service at hersilentpoetry@gmail.com
You would send it back to the address on the package and add a note on the packing slip stating the Item you need as long as it meets our return policy criteria.

Once received it takes 3-5 business days to process it back into the system. After that, we will ship it out and email you the tracking number.
Note: No more than 1 time Exchange on the same order.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded as store credit, unfortunately, Sale Items cannot be refunded.
